  • DISH 1: Lentils with Sauteed Vegetables.

Ingredients : Lentils 46%, water, onion 6%, potato 6%, aubergine 6%, zucchini 6%, red pepper

4%, green pepper 4%, carrot 4%, fried tomato (tomato, sunflower oil, onion, fresh garlic, sugar, modified corn starch and salt), extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic and sweet paprika.

 

  • DISH 2: Chicken Breast in Almond and Curry Sauce.

Ingredients : Chicken 71%, onion, mushrooms, ALMONDS 3%, carrot, extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, curry 0.2% (turmeric, white pepper, mace, coriander, ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, cayenne and anise), sunflower oil and saffron. May contain traces of GLUTEN .

 

  • DISH 3: Hake in Cava with Prawns.

Ingredients: HAKE 65%, cava 10% ( SULPHITES ), leek, PRAWNS 6.5% ( PRAWN , preservative E-223 ( SULPHITES )), onion, carrot, extra virgin olive oil, corn flour, salt and white pepper .

 

  • DISH 4: Pork Tenderloin in Fine Wine Sauce.

Ingredients : 85% pork tenderloin (Pork (73%), water, salt, starch, glucose syrup, vegetable fiber, antioxidants (E-331, E-301), stabilizers (E-407, E-415) , pork protein), mushrooms, Montilla-Moriles fine wine ( SULFITES ) 3%, leek, onion, extra virgin olive oil, carrot, garlic, salt and black pepper.

 

  • PLATE 5: Chickpeas with Seasonal Mushrooms.

Ingredients : 58% cooked chickpeas (chickpeas, water, salt, raising agent : sodium bicarbonate and antioxidants, sodium DISULFITE and EDTA), water, onion, 7% mushrooms, pumpkin, Montilla-Moriles fine wine, extra virgin olive oil, garlic , salt and white pepper.

  • PLATO 1: Lentejas con Verduras Salteadas.

Ingredientes: Lentejas 46%, agua, cebolla 6%, patata 6%, berenjena 6%, calabacín 6%, pimiento rojo

4%, pimiento verde 4%, zanahoria 4%, tomate frito (tomate, aceite de girasol, cebolla, ajo fresco, azúcar, almidón modificado de maíz y sal), aceite de oliva virgen extra, sal, ajo y pimentón dulce.

  • PLATO 2: Pechuga de Pollo en Salsa de Almendras y Curry.

Ingredientes: Pollo 71%, cebolla, champiñones, ALMENDRAS 3%, zanahoria, aceite de oliva virgen extra, sal, ajo, curry 0,2% (cúrcuma, pimienta blanca, macis, cilantro, jengibre, cardamomo, clavo, canela, cayena y anís), aceite de girasol y azafrán. Puede contener trazas GLUTEN.

  • PLATO 3: Merluza al Cava con Gambas.

Ingredientes: MERLUZA 65%, cava 10% (SULFITOS), puerro, GAMBAS 6,5% (GAMBA, conservante E-223 (SULFITOS)), cebolla, zanahoria, aceite de oliva virgen extra, harina de maíz, sal y pimienta blanca.

  • PLATO 4: Solomillo de Cerdo en Salsa de Vino Fino.

Ingredientes: Solomillo de cerdo 85% (Carne de cerdo (73%), agua, sal, almidón, jarabe de glucosa, fibra vegetal, antioxidantes(E-331, E-301), estabilizantes (E-407, E-415), proteína de cerdo), setas, vino fino Montilla-Moriles (SULFITOS) 3%, puerro, cebolla, aceite de oliva virgen extra, zanahoria, ajo, sal y pimienta negra.

  • PLATO 5: Garbanzos con Setas de Temporada.

Ingredientes: Garbanzos cocidos 58% (garbanzos, agua, sal, gasificante: bicarbonato de sodio y antioxidantes DISULFITO de sodio y EDTA), agua, cebolla, setas 7%, calabaza, vino fino Montilla- Moriles, aceite de oliva virgen extra, ajo, sal y pimienta blanca.
