Ingredients:  Potato (40%), chicken breast (30%), broccoli, green beans, onion, egg, extra virgin olive oil, spices, aromatic herbs, water and salt (<1g).

 

  • PLATE 3: Free-range Chicken Cous Cous

Ingredients: Wheat semolina (50%), chicken breast (20%), cherry tomato, carrot, green bean, peas, black olive, red pepper, extra virgin olive oil, cashews, spices, fresh mint, aromatic herbs and salt (<1g).

 

  • PLATE 4: Veal with Potatoes and Vegetables

Ingredients : Beef (150g raw), potato (200g raw), vegetables (broccoli, carrot, green beans, pepper and onion), spices, aromatic herbs and water.

 

  • PLATE 5:  Pasta with Vegan Bolognese

Ingredients:  Pasta (wheat semolina) (40%), tomato sauce (30%) (tomato, onion, carrot, water, extra virgin olive oil, spices and salt), mushrooms, tofu (water, soybeans and nigari) , white wine, fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil, spices, aromatic herbs and salt (<1g).

Ingredientes: Arroz basmati (45%), salmón noruego (30%), calabacín, salsa teriyaki (salsa de soja, agua, dátiles, vinagre de arroz, harina de maíz, agua, aceite de sésamo), semillas de sésamo blanco y especias.

  • PLATO 2: Burguer de Pollo al Curry con Patata Asada

Ingredientes: Patata (40%), pechuga de pollo (30%), brócoli, judía verde, cebolla, huevo, aceite de oliva virgen extra, especias, hierbas aromáticas, agua y sal (<1g).

  • PLATO 3: Cous Cous Pollo de Corral

Ingredientes: Sémola de trigo (50%), pechuga de pollo (20%), tomate cherry, zanahoria, judía verde, guisantes, aceituna negra, pimiento rojo, aceite de oliva virgen extra, anacardos, especias, menta fresca, hierbas aromáticas y sal (<1g).
